BUSINESS ANALYST - FINANCIAL AND HR - LONDON

12 MONTHS FIXED TERM CONTRACT - likely conversion to PERM

£ excellent + bonus, pension, health, gym, etc

3 days on site per week

Clarity is seeking an experienced 'dyed-in-the-wool' Business Analyst for their Client based in The City, London.

The role will involve both project work and some BAU issue resolution. This is a great next step for your career. This is a 12-month FTC role, but conversion to a permanent role is highly likely for the right candidate.

You must have the usual BA skills: requirements gathering, running workshops, and presentations to stakeholders. Additionally, you MUST have experience in financial services (ideally trading systems, options trading, commodities), and experience with HR systems would be a bonus. If not, please do not apply as your experience will not be relevant for these roles.

• Good requirements analysis, requirements gathering, requirements capture
• Gap analysis, workshop facilitation, working with 3rd parties
• Process modelling
• Business process improvement, business transformation, business change, change management
• Business systems integration
• Migrations, process integration
• Experience on large complex projects
• First-class verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter, self-reliant, and a determined problem-solver
• Minimum of 4 years of directly relevant experience
