Business Analyst | Hybrid | Public Sector

We're looking for a Business Analyst to join a respected UK public sector organisation driving a major digital transformation.

As a Business Analyst, you will manage projects, analyse processes and systems, define requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and support the design, testing, and implementation of change initiatives using Agile practices.

Role Snapshot:
  • Location: Brighton-based office, 1-2 days onsite, 3-4 days remote / flexible hours
  • Salary: £38K-£41K + excellent benefits
  • Pension: Up to 27% employer contribution
  • Leave: 25+ days annual leave + bank holidays
Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out business engagement, acting as key point of contact for the business, own the main stakeholder relationships and actively share knowledge.
