Join a large professional services firm to deliver a cloud migration project

A large professional services company with offices throughout the UK is recruiting for a Business Analyst to join the team as part of a cloud migration project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be part of a dedicated team focused on the migration of key systems to the cloud
• Defining and documenting business needs as part of the transformation programme
• Converting business requirements into technical specifications
• Working closely with the wider IT teams to design and implement technology solutions that meet business needs
• Performing testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure the technology solutions are functioning as expected
• Developing and maintaining detailed reports on the performance of systems and strategies.
• Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding of project goals
• Working closely with the third-party systems integrator and their offshore squads, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in large-scale transformation programmes.
• An in-depth understanding of Agile methodologies and principles, including iterative development, continuous improvement, and collaborative teamwork
• Experience working with offshore teams is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 and its application in a business context.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to capture and document customer requirements effectively.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of navigating complex project environments.
