Location: Leeds (2-3 days on-site, hybrid working)
Salary: c.£50,000 DOE + benefits

This is a full-time Business Analyst role based in Leeds, ideal for someone looking for a hybrid working model in the financial services or pensions sector.
Lead and support the business analysis process for new initiatives and system changes
Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements
Conduct data analysis to identify patterns, support decision-making, and inform solutions
Work collaboratively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to align on delivery goals
Support project lifecycles including testing, implementation, and post-go-live reviews
Create comprehensive business documentation including process maps, user stories, workflows, and test plans
Triage incoming change requests and assess business impact and priority
Drive improvements in the business change process and recommend ways of working more efficiently
Promote information security and data protection compliance across projects
Essential:
Proven experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience working across complex business processes and systems
Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Visio and Excel
Comfortable challenging the status quo and engaging stakeholders
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Desirable:
Background in pensions or financial services
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira
Change management or Business Analysis certifications
