Business Analyst

Axon Moore are excited to be supporting a well-established business in Kendal to recruit a new Business Analyst. This role is paying a competitive salary of up to £40,000 with a flexible hybrid working arrangement on offer.

Responsibilities include:

1. Analyse complex business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, providing strategic recommendations to senior management and actively participating in the change framework.
2. Support internal teams to realise opportunities to increase business efficiency and agility and deliver early incremental value.
3. Apply a range of analysis techniques to elicit requirements from stakeholders to ascertain required business outcomes, adapting approaches to ensure desirable outcomes are achieved.
4. Work with third party providers to ensure they understand the business requirements and have access to the relevant stakeholders to both inform and test our delivery.
