Job Role
This is a Business Analyst role for a local business who is looking to grow their Transformation team.
As the Business Analyst, you'll dive into the heart of IT, Change and Operations, crafting solid business cases by pinpointing the root causes of challenges, assessing their impacts, and measuring benefits with concrete evidence. Your main tasks will include analysing potential solutions in collaboration with both business and IT teams, ensuring that the proposed solutions align with the business needs. You'll define detailed business requirements and model current and future states, covering processes, information flow, systems, and people.
In addition, you'll contribute to solution design by specifying requirements and validating user interface designs and acceptance criteria, particularly if IT solutions are involved. Effective communication is key as you champion stakeholder and regulatory requirements to facilitate smooth change implementation throughout the organisation.
