Business Analyst

Business Analyst Huddersfield - 3 days in the office

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Business Analyst to join Robert Walters as a Consultant. As an employed Consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Robert Walters and will be deployed on an interim or project basis into our clients' organisations, in return we will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional accreditations.

You will act as a bridge between the business and the project team, ensuring business requirements are clearly defined, documented, and translated into actionable solutions. The Business Analyst will play a critical role in testing phases by validating that the system meets business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help document the 'As-Is' business processes through workshops, interviews, and analysis.
• Help drive the Change Impact Assessment for the As-Is vs To-Be design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project deliverables and outcomes.
• Support testing phases (SIT and UAT) by writing test scripts, coordinating testing activities, and validating results.
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies and propose solutions to address them.

Key Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Visio)
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and business processes (e.g., O2C, P2P, finance, supply chain etc)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
