About The Role

MWH Treatment are looking to strengthen our Technology and Systems Team with a Business Analyst based at Hattersley with hybrid working available. At MWH Treatment we believe that people matter. You will report directly to the Senior Project Manager and your role will cover analysing business needs, optimising processes, and supporting the delivery of effective system solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Working closely with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements.
  • Mapping and improving business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Supporting technical teams to ensure solutions align with business needs.
  • Facilitating workshops and feedback sessions.
  • Maintaining clear documentation of requirements and workflows.
  • Supporting user acceptance testing and change management.
  • Providing guidance and training to users during system rollouts and upgrades.

A willingness to travel to MWH offices and partner sites across the UK is required.
