Barden is proud to partner with a leading global tech company to recruit a Business Analyst for their high-impact Procurement Transformation program across Ireland and the UK.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking a Business Analyst with experience in transformation programmes (procurement, IT, or digital) to drive analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design. You'll:

  • Analyse and document business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and transformation
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements and functional specifications
  • Work closely with stakeholders across procurement, IT and business teams to ensure solutions meet strategic objectives
  • Support change management through impact analysis, training materials and user documentation
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making and measure success
  • Tech Stack: JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and business intelligence tools (experience preferred)

ABOUT THE PERSON

  • 3+ years in business analysis, with exposure to large-scale transformations (procurement, IT, digital or consulting)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in process mapping and requirements elicitation
  • Problem-solver who can balance ideal solutions with practical constraints
  • Excellent communicator - able to facilitate workshops and present findings clearly

Logistics: Hybrid (London office 2x/week)
