Base Metals – Business Analyst (OEMS / Front Office Change)

A leading financial institution is seeking a Business Analyst to support the delivery of a new Front Office Order Execution Management System (OEMS) for the Base Metals business. This is a key role within the eCommerce Digital IT team, working across operating model design, requirements gathering, vendor engagement, and full delivery lifecycle support.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Document current and target operating models for RFQ, Order Management, Pricing and related workflows
• Capture business and functional requirements for the OEMS platform
• Work with vendors to assess capabilities and identify gaps
• Support solution design with internal architecture teams
• Produce functional specs for integration with risk, credit, static data and market data platforms
• Support SIT, UAT and go‑live readiness, including issue analysis and resolution

What We’re Looking For

• Business Analyst experience in Front Office environments
• Knowledge of OEMS/OMS/EMS, RFQ workflows, pricing, quoting or similar systems
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and workshop skills
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple workstreams

Nice to Have

• Base Metals product knowledge
• Experience across eTrading or Front Office integration projects
