Business Analyst

£35,000 - £50,000

Hybrid, flexible working

We are partnered with a high-growth SaaS organisation in the Energy sector who are growing their in-house consulting team.

The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in enhancing internal operational efficiency and supporting internal stakeholders through process improvements and system optimisations. This role is integral to their mission of accelerating the digital energy transition by leveraging its SaaS platform.

Responsibilities include:

  • Understand the businesses’ processes, needs, and pain points.
  • Propose solutions using our platform features.
  • Assist in refining internal processes.
  • Support the evaluation and selection of tools and systems, ensuring they align with organisational needs and contribute to overall effectiveness.

What we are looking for:

  • Knowledge of the Energy sector
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set and a good problem-solver, with a structured approach to formulate the best outcome
  • Happy being hands-on, working in an environment with changing priorities and deadlines
  • Commercially-minded

Logistics:

  • At least 3 days working from home a week
  • A few days a month in Windsor or Dublin
  • A few days a month in Nottingham
