Job summary

Synapri, partnered with a global brand, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive a major asset management transformation on a 12-month FTC. Hybrid role across SE London/Kent with salary up to £80,000 plus benefits.

You will lead requirement capture, ensure traceability across design, build and test, and collaborate with partners to deliver a fit-for-purpose solution while enabling business change and adoption.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst on enterprise-scale implementations.
• Strong requirements gathering, functional analysis and traceability.
• Knowledge of inventory management, asset management, supply chain and/or logistics.
• Experience working with implementation partners and systems integrators.
• Experience supporting testing, implementation and business change.
• Ability to translate complex processes into clear, structured requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the capture, analysis and documentation of functional, non-functional and data requirements.
• Maintain traceability throughout design, build, testing and implementation.
• Translate functional requirements into clear data requirements with the Data Analyst.
• Support testing ensuring requirements are represented and traceable to delivery.
• Identify impact of new processes on business operations.
• Support business readiness, user training and adoption with Change Manager.
• Act as a link between business users, technology teams and implementation partners.

Synapri are partnered with a well-recognised global brand who are looking to expand their delivery team with an additional Senior Business Analyst to join a major enterprise-wide asset management transformation programme for a 12-month FTC.

Within this role you'll play a key role in defining business requirements, supporting implementation and ensuring successful adoption of the new solution! Experience with IFS, IBM Maximo, D365, Octagon or similar asset/inventory management platforms will be required for this role.

Location: Hybrid across SE London/Kent

Salary:Up to £80,000 plus benefits

The Role

• Lead the capture, analysis and documentation of functional, non-functional and data requirements
• Maintain clear requirements traceability throughout design, build, testing and implementation
• Partner with the Data Analyst to translate functional requirements into clear data requirements.
• Support all phases of testing, ensuring business requirements remain fully represented and traceable through to delivery
• Identify and communicate the impact of new processes on business operations
• Work alongside the Change Manager to support business readiness, user training, process change and adoption
• Act as a key link between business users, technology teams and implementation partners

About You
