Job summary

Consult is seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager for a hybrid BA/PM role in London. The contract is Inside IR35 and based in a hybrid environment with cross-functional collaboration across business and technology teams.

You will gather requirements, run workshops, produce BRDs and user stories, manage plans, risks, and dependencies, and drive delivery with a focus on measurable business value and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar senior delivery role.
• Proven ability to operate in a hybrid BA/PM capacity.
• Strong Insurance and Underwriting domain knowledge.
• Experience delivering complex transformation programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid environments.

Responsibilities
