The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of financial services operations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Practices: Lead the implementation of Agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban within the clearing and settlement teams.
• Understanding the Domain: Cross team collaboration
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including customers, developers, product managers, and product owners.
