Business Analyst – Banking - Contract

An experienced Business Analyst, with a banking background, is required by a growing challenger bank to augment their existing BA team working on business critical projects.

Responsibilities will include:

• Working with stakeholders to elicit requirements
• Working with development team to communicate requirements from the business
• Communicating across the business to gain buy-in for initiatives
• Being aware of the impact of change to the organisation’s people and processes, predicting and mitigating potential issues
• Ensures operational readiness from all business support functions
• Work with Delivery Manager and Technical Leads to define product backlog and align priorities to reduce it
• Help define key features of the product & success criteria
• Help define the MVP

We are looking for Business Analysts with significant experience of working within a UK banking environment, ideally within mid-tier or smaller banks.
