We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Business Analyst / ERP-Administrator (m/w/d) to join our IT team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the health of our ServiceNow platform, supporting daily operations, driving the platform’s strategic roadmap, and maximizing the platform’s capabilities particularly in service analytics and work efficiency/automation.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working autonomously while collaborating across global teams.

Our Mission. Your Responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst (m/f/d), your focus will be on the implementation, support, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central at our locations. You’ll support departments with change management and implementation, working closely with project teams to create documentation, training materials, and test scripts.

  • Lead the implementation of Business Central across multiple locations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Conduct gap analyses and identify opportunities to improve existing business processes
  • Train and support end users during ERP rollout
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless ERP integration with other systems
  • Monitor project progress and proactively manage issues or risks
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

Your Profile. Qualifications and Education:

  • A degree in business or IT-related fields such as Business Administration, Business Informatics/Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, etc., or equivalent training with relevant experience or BA certification (e.g., IT Specialist in System Integration)
  • At least 3 years of experience in ERP implementation and administration projects, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (previous Navision)
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ERP best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in project management methods and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills in both German (native) and English
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to different locations as needed
