Contract Business Analyst – Business Change & Transformation

Inside IR35 | £400 per day

3 Months | Remote-first with one day a fortnight in Leeds

We’re working with a market-leading organisation partnering with some of the biggest brands in the retail sector, who are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to drive change and support transformation initiatives across the business.

This role will see you work on high-impact programmes that reshape processes, enhance ways of working, and deliver measurable business benefits – making it a great opportunity to help steer positive organisational change in a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather, analyse, and document requirements for change initiatives
  • Map current (“as-is”) processes, define future (“to-be”) states, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support the delivery of transformation programmes by ensuring requirements are clearly understood, prioritised, and implemented effectively
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on change objectives
  • Act as the bridge between the business and delivery teams to ensure successful adoption of new processes and ways of working

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in business change and transformation projects (retail experience a plus)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
  • A track record of mapping processes and supporting change adoption
  • Comfortable working in an Agile delivery environment
