What’s the role?
As a Business Analyst in our Digital Services team, you’ll be the bridge between ideas and implementation. You’ll work with stakeholders across the Council to understand their needs, analyse data, map processes, and design digital solutions that improve services for residents and staff.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that includes project managers, change managers, technical specialist and operational staff. Together, you’ll deliver real changewhether it’s automating a manual process, introducing AI tools, or helping a service team rethink how they work.
