Business Analyst – 12 months FTC

What you'll be doing:

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, supporting activities that help meet business objectives through identifying, validating, and supporting internal and external change.
  • Analyze customer interactions, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Provide business analysis consultancy support to projects and change requests, including process or system improvements.
  • Create detailed requirements and analysis documentation as per project needs.
  • Suggest changes to improve business efficiencies within projects and the wider programme.
  • Participate in multiple projects, update documentation, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong business analysis skills with experience in methodologies, elicitation, and documentation techniques.
  • Experience across the full application lifecycle in SDLC methodologies.
  • Good understanding of developments in IT, pensions, and occupational health industries.
  • Ability to develop and maintain documentation, processes, and procedures.
  • Significant Business Analysis experience or a BCS International Diploma/ISEB qualification. PRINCE2 or Agile Foundation is a plus.
