Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with university clients across EMEA and the U.S., supporting them before, during, and after simulation events to ensure exceptional delivery.
• Work closely with senior management on strategic initiatives that shape our global university partnerships.
• Provide operational and logistical support to the Universities team to strengthen and grow client relationships.
• Contribute to the growth of the Universities division by supporting new initiatives, partnerships, and outreach strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Corporates, Product and Marketing) to maintain the high standards of our immersive financial training simulations at universities.
• Travel to support events, client meetings, and business development opportunities across EMEA and the U.S.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• University graduate (Bachelors or Masters) from any discipline, with strong grades demonstrated throughout.
• Prior internship or industry experience in banking, markets or finance is a plus, but not essential.
• Demonstrated passion for finance – whether in markets, banking, or quantitative finance.
• Eagerness to work in a client-facing role, engaging with AmplifyME's global client base.
• Experience completing AmplifyME simulations preferred.
• Highly organised, proactive, and forward-thinking, with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment from day one.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom isrequiredfor this role.
