Our client, a leading fund manager based in the City of London, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their change function on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a newly established strategic pillar and support the growth of their third-party business.

The firm is in the process of launching a range of private asset funds as part of its long-term growth strategy. The successful candidate will work on projects spanning the full product lifecycle.

Desired skillset

• Proven Business Analyst experience (ideally 5–15 years)
• Strong buy-side background, with exposure to Private Assets, Real Estate, or Alternatives preferred
• End-to-end operating model design for complex structures and initiatives (BPMN)
• Good understanding of the asset management life cycle.
