Your Role And Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in analysing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.

Responsibilities

  • Requirement Gathering: Collect, document, and analyse business requirements through various means like interviews, surveys, and observations.
  • Process Improvement: Analyse current and proposed systems, processes, and procedures to propose enhancements and efficiencies.
  • System Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams to define, design, and implement new systems and applications that align with business objectives.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive data analysis to provide insights supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Project Alignment: Participate in project teams to ensure alignment of business needs with project goals and deliverables.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Sufficient years of professional experience as a Business Analyst within a corporate setting.
  • Methodology Knowledge: Demonstrate a solid understanding of business analysis methodologies including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Tool Proficiency: Be proficient in using business analysis tools such as JIRA/Confluence, Mural, Figa, Visio, or MS Office Suite.
  • Skills: Exhibit exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities. Possess robust verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex information for non-technical audiences.
