Job Title: Business Analyst - Biofuels & Commodity Trading

Long-term contract, 3x a week onsite

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and self-starting Business Analyst to join a dynamic team working on a greenfield biofuels trading platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is excited to learn new domains, and can quickly adapt to complex business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Write clear and actionable user stories and present them to development teams.
• Participate in feature design, discovery workshops, and cross-domain collaboration.
• Work closely with QA and development teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support sustainability and physical operations workflows linked to commodity trading.
• Contribute to the ETRM system design and implementation (experience preferred but not required).
• Assist in prioritizing features and releases under tight timelines.

Preferred Experience

• ST&S domain experience.
• Exposure to biofuels trading or sustainability operations.
• Background in commodity trading, especially physical trading and oil & gas.
• Experience with physical operations and back-office processes.
• Familiarity with ETRM systems (e.g., Endur, Allegro) is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new domains quickly and apply knowledge effectively.
