Responsibilities

• Extract and analyse data from ION XTP in line with operational and business requirements.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.
• Perform functional and technical analysis for integration projects and complex issue resolution.
• Deliver business analysis support for applications, reporting systems, and process-driven projects.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, document specifications, and ensure delivery of production-ready solutions.
• Support the design of controls and business processes to ensure data quality and regulatory compliance.
• Research emerging technologies, evaluate third-party tools, and contribute to shaping technical direction.
• Drive business priorities while providing clear updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure all systems meet quality standards, are fully documented, and support seamless handover to operational teams.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within financial services, ideally capital markets.
• Essential: Strong working knowledge of ION XTP Backoffice.
• Solid understanding of clearing business operations and related requirements.
• Proficiency in C++, SQL, and Python.
• Strong background in business process analysis, data management, and reporting systems.
• Familiarity with business analysis and project management tools, plus data visualization platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of EMIR / MiFID regulatory reporting would be a strong plus, but not mandatory.
