The post will collect data about the organisation’s operations to improve both its systems and processes. Their primary duties include researching business processes, making reports with recommendations to the appropriate management team or project board and analysing the potential impact of their recommendations.

The person will be able to work with large, complex datasets as well as have the skills to capture insight and lessons via a range of techniques such as stakeholder consultation, MS forms, statistical returns.
You are an experienced Business Analyst with a degree in a broadly relevant discipline and a strong track record of over two years in the field. Your commitment to continuous personal and professional development is evident in your proactive approach to learning and self-improvement.
You bring a solid working knowledge of Agile, Prince2, and Lean methodologies, and thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments. Your exceptional stakeholder management skills enable you to effectively support stakeholders in articulating their business requirements, while your critical thinking and curiosity drive you to challenge assumptions and push for better outcomes.
With experience in handling large datasets—both quantitative and qualitative—you are skilled at analysing complex information and presenting insights in a clear, compelling format. You’re adept at documenting processes using tools such as Visio, flowcharts, and wireframes, and have a strong ability to define, measure, and monitor business benefits.
You are confident using the full suite of Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, and can write detailed functional design documents to support technical teams. Your communication and facilitation skills are excellent, and you’re comfortable using a range of techniques to engage stakeholders and elicit meaningful input.
You have a thorough understanding of the full software development lifecycle and possess a broad awareness of ERP systems and their potential to deliver strategic value across an organisation.
In return you will be offered the opportunity to enhance your skills and knowledge through employee training and development. You can expect to work in a supportive, trusting and transparent working environment, with the autonomy to offer creative and innovative solutions whilst maintaining Link’s values; Responsibility, Empathy, Social Impact, Participate, Equity, Challenge and Transparency.
