Job Description

We are seekingan experienced,detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to join one of our customer teams. The ideal candidate will analyse business needs, identify areas for improvement, and work closely with stakeholders to develop effective solutions that align with organisational goals. This role involves gathering requirements, creating reports, and supporting project implementation to drive business performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand businessneeds and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Analyse current business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutionsfor improvement.
  • Develop business cases and feasibility studies for proposed initiatives.
  • Createand maintaindetailed functional and non-functional requirements documentation.
  • Usetools such asdata modelling, process mapping,user storiesand workflow analysis to informand supportdecision-making.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentationsto gather and validate requirements along with communicatingfindings and recommendations.
  • Support project managers and development teams during solution implementationto ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Provide support during the implementation and testing phases.
  • Monitor project progress and measure outcomes against expected business benefits.
  • Provide post-implementation support and assess solution effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency with businessanalysis andintelligence tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with project management and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communicationand interpersonalskills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solvingand attention to detailskills.
  • Knowledge of database management.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • ProfessionalCertification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar.
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, or custom software implementations.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio.
