This is a Business Analyst role for a well-established organisation within the Public Sector who are looking to grow their Business Analysis function as part of a transformation.

As the Business Analyst, you'll be joining an established IT & Change team, responsible for driving transformative projects across the whole business. Your key tasks will include analysing business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and working closely with stakeholders to prioritise actions. Whether it's streamlining operations, optimising technology solutions, or implementing new processes, systems, or applications, your analytical prowess and problem-solving skills will be essential in driving the projects forward.

The portfolio is varied, from IT systems and applications to operational processes and business change initiatives, but you'll be at the heart of it all - collaborating with project managers, technical teams, and various cross-functional business units to make sure the project requirements are managed and delivered accordingly.

For this role, we're looking for someone with exceptional communication skills, strong stakeholder management, expertise in business analysis, and enthusiasm for tackling complex challenges.
