Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will identify, define, and support change initiatives that deliver meaningful customer value and commercial benefits, aligning with Greene King's strategic vision, purpose, and objectives.

Qualifications

In your role as Business Analyst, you will...

• Align with strategic goals, ensuring critical change projects are successfully completed to support the company's long-term objectives.
• Facilitate faster decision-making on category 3 priority change projects to streamline processes tied to strategic priorities.
• Enhance collaboration by managing complex cross-functional programs, leveraging diverse skills across the organization for higher quality outcomes.
• Coordinate risk mitigation efforts by identifying and addressing risks early in the project lifecycle to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure improved resource allocation, utilizing teams efficiently and aligning them with project needs for optimal workforce utilization.
