Job summary

Peaple Talent partnered with a well-established organisation to recruit a Business Analyst on a twelve-month fixed term contract based in Broadway. Hybrid working arrangement.

You will lead business analysis, define requirements, and align solutions with organisational goals, with responsibilities including process improvements, testing support, and maintaining documentation and governance. Job Title: Business Analyst (12 month FTC)

Location: Broadway (hybrid)

Salary: up to £60,000

Peaple Talent have partnered with a well-established organisation to support the hire of a Business Analyst on a twelve-month fixed term contract. You will be responsible for enhancing business systems and processes by bridging the gap between clients, teams, and stakeholders.

The Role:

• Lead business analysis, define requirements, and align solutions with organisational goals.
• Identify process improvements and design efficient, user-focused services.
• Plan and support testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Maintain strong documentation, governance, and continuous improvement practices.

The Candidate:

• Strong business analysis experience with excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

The Package:

Base salary: up to £60,000
