Job summary

Primis is seeking a Business Analyst to own the Sales workstream within a major Epicor ERP implementation. You will work across Sales, ERP and external delivery partners to deliver end-to-end requirements through to implementation readiness.

In this hybrid role based in Bradford, you will drive analysis, challenge requirements, and ensure test planning, PoC and UAT evidence are in place to support progression and successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven Business Analyst experience within complex systems or transformation programs.
• Experience taking requirements through the full delivery lifecycle including clarification and testing.
• Experience with test scenarios, PoC and UAT evidence collection.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Sales workstream end-to-end, from requirement through to implementation
• Resolve gaps, ambiguities and functional questions during delivery
• Develop and maintain test scenarios and test cases, coordinating functional testing
• Prepare and coordinate PoC testing with clear evidence to support progression
• Lead walkthroughs and demonstrations with Sales stakeholders, capturing feedback
• Prepare the workstream for UAT, including test coverage, scripts and business testers

I'm working with a huge manufacturing company, which operates from multiple sites across the UK and Ireland, to find them a Business Analyst. As a Business Analyst, you'll take ownership of the Sales workstream within a major Epicor ERP implementation project.

About the role

This is a delivery-focused position within an established transformation programme. The core Sales workstream requirements are largely defined – you'll drive them through delivery, testing, business acceptance and implementation readiness, working closely with Sales stakeholders, the wider ERP team, technical teams and external delivery partners. This isn't a documentation or testing role. You'll need to understand the Sales processes in depth, identify where further analysis or decisions are needed, challenge where appropriate, and own the workstream through to a successful outcome.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the Sales workstream end-to-end, from requirement through to implementation

• Prepare and coordinate Proof of Concept testing with clear evidence to support progression

• Prepare the workstream for User Acceptance Testing, including test coverage, scripts and business testers

What we're looking for

• Proven Business Analyst experience within a complex systems, technology or business transformation environment
• Strong experience taking requirements through the full delivery lifecycle – clarification, solution review, testing, business acceptance
• Experience with test scenarios, test cases, PoC and UAT, including evidence capture and defect resolution
