You'll work side-by-side with an experienced mentor, gaining real-world experience in reporting, visualization, and business problem-solving from day one. This role is ONSITE in Birmingham.

Compensation: $50-55K

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist with building reports and visuals using Power BI
• Learn how to translate data into actionable insights
• Use Excel and SQL to explore and organize datasets
• Support day-to-day data analysis tasks and special projects
• Collaborate closely with a senior team member on high-impact work
• Build foundational skills in business intelligence
• Participate in feedback sessions to continuously grow your skills
