Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze current business processes within the financial retail sector to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with IT capabilities and strategic goals.
• Develop and propose IT solutions that address business needs, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
• Utilize data analytics to support decision-making processes and provide insights into business performance.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including senior management.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

Experience

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, project management software, and data analytics tools.
• Experience within the Microsoft Technology framework, including migration projects involving Azure, 365, and critical enterprise systems.

Communication Skills

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills to convey complex information clearly across all levels of the organization.
• Adaptability and innovative thinking to solve evolving educational and business challenges.

Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or ITIL are highly desirable.
