Job summary

Almac Group is seeking a Business Analyst to drive discovery, design and delivery of digital solutions within the Clinical Services unit in the UK. The role bridges business needs and technology by leading requirements analysis, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and supporting testing and business readiness.

You will ensure adoption and ongoing value from digital products, coordinating across multiple teams in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience eliciting and delivering software requirements in pharma or healthcare.
• Proven ability to facilitate testing and QA activities.
• Experience delivering digital solutions using agile and waterfall methods.
• Proven track record coordinating multiple workstreams to milestones.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across cross-functional teams.

The Role

The Business Analyst is responsible for driving the discovery, design, and delivery of digital solutions that align with Almac's strategic goals. This role bridges business needs and technical execution by leading requirements analysis, facilitating stakeholder engagement, supporting testing and business readiness, and ensuring continuous improvement of digital products and services. Additionally, the Business Analyst will provide ongoing support where necessary to ensure the successful adoption and utilisation of digital solutions.

Essential Criteria

• Have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time employment in the UK
• BA/BSc (Hons) degree or equivalent or experience in requirements elicitation, design and delivery of software solutions within the pharmaceutical, life sciences or healthcare industries
• Experience performing requirements analysis and elicitation for software products and solutions using agile and waterfall methodologies
• Experience in facilitating and executing testing of software products and solutions
• Experience managing multiple deliverables from product initiation through to delivery.
• Experience working in a multi-team environment with ability to meet key milestones
