Job summary

Primark is seeking a Senior Business Analysis Leader to drive the BA practice in Reading, shaping strategic programmes and guiding multidisciplinary teams across the technology function.

You will coach analysts, establish BA standards, collaborate with senior stakeholders and ensure delivery quality across multiple change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading Business Analysis in large/complex tech environments.
• Proven track record coaching and developing Business Analysts.
• Strong knowledge of BA methodologies, frameworks and governance.
• Experience establishing and leading a BA Practice, Centre of Excellence or Community of Practice.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leadership influence.
• Successful delivery of change, transformation and strategic initiatives.
• Strong communication, facilitation and collaborative leadership skills.

• Build and maintain a strong Business Analysis community that encourages collaboration, knowledge sharing and innovation.
