Sellick Partnership is currently working with a well-known not-for-profit organization to recruit for a newly created Business Analysis Manager position on a permanent basis.

The Business Analysis Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Business Analysts to deliver high-quality business analysis services to the organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the BA team to deliver and identify improvements across the business with tangible benefits.
  2. Manage multiple stakeholders and deliver across multiple workstreams.
  3. Ensure the delivery of focused and quality BA services across the organization via robust processes, tools, and methodologies.
  4. Produce performance metrics for Business Analysis across the organization.
  5. Lead in building a culture of continuous improvement and delivering operational efficiencies.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in using problem-solving methodologies such as Lean, Design Thinking, Agile, etc.
  • Strong business analysis skills and understanding of the role within software delivery lifecycle and business transformation.
  • Experience in a lead or senior business analyst role.
  • Experience in management or team leadership.
