Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a dynamic agent to join our Dental Brokerage team, based in our Bristol office. The role involves direct responsibility for sourcing and transacting dental businesses, covering the South West region. Tasks include generating leads to sell, processing instructions, and managing deals to completion. The agent will identify, contact, and qualify buyers, serving as the first point of contact in any sale and dealing with buyers and applicants across the region.

About the Team

  • Focus on growing our brokerage activity in the dental market across the South West region.
  • Generate relationships and develop new business, winning agency mandates across these markets through various prospecting methods.
  • Register and maintain client requirements on our Salesforce CRM system.
  • Liaise closely with sector team colleagues in securing, listing, marketing, and managing opportunities for sale.
  • Negotiate and agree deals, and manage the sales process.
  • Provide regular client updates on instruction activity.

Person Specification

Skills and Experience

  • Background in real estate with experience in commercial property sales OR the dental industry.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office – especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • UK Driver’s license and confident with driving long distances.

Personal Characteristics

  • Charismatic and self-driven.
