Consider joining us.Our Apple TV+ division is seeking an Assistant for the Business Affairs department to provide high-level administrative and operational support to multiple Business Affairs executives. We're seeking a collaborative team member with a friendly work style, who's well-organized, detail-oriented, able to effectively multi-task and prioritize, and take initiative.
- We're looking for a critical thinker and team player who can quickly develop an understanding of our team operations, culture, policies, and procedures and excel in working in a fast-paced, heavy workload environment.- Your consistent interaction with all levels at Apple will require you to maintain highly confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion.- You will be required to interact and communicate with the other administration roles within Apple TV+ including team members in the US.- You will be asked to craft and maintain informational charts; review, proofread, and summarize documents including complex production and talent contracts; and draft correspondence and presentations.- You will draft meeting agendas and take accurate notes as required.- You will manage key Apple databases and systems as well as creating and managing bespoke databases and records within the EMEA team.- You will provide full administrative support including managing cross-functional calendars and organising both videoconference and in-person meetings. You will be responsible for booking executive travel, expense reports, copying, filing, and organization of hard and soft files.
