We're on the lookout for a Business Advisor who will provide their expertise and experience to guide early-stage and pre-start businesses across Wales, helping them grow and reach their full potential. You will need to live in Wales to apply.

What you'll be doing:
  • Giving tailored advice to people looking to start or grow a business

  • Supporting clients with funding options, business plans and practical resources

  • Hosting webinars, workshops and occasional face-to-face sessions

  • Working with a team of advisors to help clients stay on track and achieve their goals

  • Spotting promising start-ups and connecting them to further support

  • Building relationships with local networks and partners to spread the word

  • Helping improve online resources and share knowledge internally

What we're looking for:
  • Experience running a business or advising start-ups/SMEs

  • Strong understanding of key business areas like funding, finance, marketing and planning

  • A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
