Business Administrator Team Manager #RQ1528172

Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Operations Team Manager role within Children Services. The post will be part of the Children Services Business Operations team, which supports various internal and external customers across the council.

As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of business operations support within Children and Family Services. Your duties will include collaborating with management to create and implement procedures, overseeing team workload, managing resources, directly line managing up to 9 officers, updating processes, providing coaching and training, coordinating delegated tasks from senior management, and providing resource cover during high workload periods.

If you have experience managing staff, meeting challenging deadlines, delivering high-quality service, and developing strong working relationships, we would like to hear from you.

You must have:

  • Enhanced DBS/Update service
  • References for the last 5 years of employment
