We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Facilities team as a Business Administrator. The Facilities team is essential in delivering services that help the Trust operate smoothly, including Catering, Restaurant/Retail, Domestic Services, and Porters (Logistics).
This role is exciting, diverse, and challenging, set in a dynamic, fast-paced, and supportive team environment. You will deliver administrative support for the teams, assisting with various projects. You should be highly organised, motivated, self-disciplined, and a true team player. Creativity is crucial for this position, as you'll need to design and create posters to communicate upcoming events, training sessions, new procedures, policies, and general news within the Facilities department.

The Business Administrator is responsible for assisting service leads with the administration that supports the day-to-day running and organisation of their service. This includes the Facilities departments of Catering, Restaurant/Retail, Domestics, and Porters (Logistics).
A broad knowledge of administration is required, including the ability to creatively design and produce posters to visually communicate upcoming events, training, new procedures, policies, and general news to the Facilities department.
A flexible approach to work and problem-solving is essential. Also, a helpful manner and sensitive approach when dealing with complex and confidential information.
