Business Administrator

£14.18 Per Hour

22 Hours Per Week + Opportunity For Additional Hours

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Administrator to join our busy team on-site at St Augustine's Place on a permanent basis working 22 hours per week.

A day in the life:

You will support the service with efficient administration which aids the smooth running of the home and contributes to the high level of care delivered. This will include:

  • Reception duties, providing a professional, efficient service for all communications within the service.
  • Supporting the Registered Managers with rota management to ensure appropriate staff levels.
  • Collating and processing payroll information, including completing weekly/monthly returns.
  • Undertaking purchase ledger responsibilities.
  • Processing HR documentation and supporting compliance requirements for new staff.
  • Data input for accurate record keeping across the service.
  • Creating new admission contract documentation.
  • Maintaining & reconciling petty cash and other cash accounts in line with NorseCare policy.
  • Providing general clerical and administrative support, including daily reception duties.

About you:

We are looking for someone with extensive previous experience in an administrative or customer service environment. You will also:

  • Hold GCSE (or equivalent) grade C (or Level 4) or above in three core subjects including Maths and English.
  • Have a good understanding of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrate excellent timekeeping and ability to meet deadlines.
