A leading recruitment agency in London is seeking an experienced administrative professional to support their Investor Relations team. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, coordinating meetings, and maintaining investor databases. Ideal candidates will have a degree from a Russell Group university and at least one year’s experience in a similar role. Strong attention to detail and communication skills are essential for this dynamic position.
This is a varied and fast-paced administrative role supporting the Investor Relations team. The client is at the top of their game within the finance field, and this opportunity offers valuable exposure to a dynamic and high-achieving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Investor Relations team
Prepare, format, and proofread investor materials and documentation
Coordinate meetings, roadshows, and events across time zones
Maintain CRM systems and investor databases
Handle confidential information with discretion
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally.
Ideal Candidate:
At least 1 year’s experience in a similar administrative role within professional services (e.g. finance, law, consulting)
Excellent academics: minimum 2:1 degree from a Russell Group university
Strong A-Level results (A’s and B’s or international equivalent)
Outstanding communication and organisational skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
A keen interest in finance and desire to learn and grow within the industry
