Main Duties:
  1. Check daily for tasks allocated by the Team Leader, ensuring they are completed and any specific instruction or advice is understood and followed.
  2. Obtain necessary documents to assist in setting up cases, saving and naming them according to conventions.
  3. Provide administrative support to the Process Team and other teams as needed.
  4. Review data from client instructions, identifying inaccuracies, missing data, or anomalies.
  5. Cross-check information to confirm accuracy.
  6. Import case information accurately using agreed processes and systems.
  7. Communicate effectively with fee earners and teams to ensure efficient process completion.
  8. Ensure accurate recording and breakdown of financial information.
  9. Review, identify, and correct errors as they occur.
  10. Ensure timely and accurate production of printed and electronic correspondence.
