The apprenticeship:

  • Qualification: Business Administration Level 3
  • Duration: 15 months

Our client is looking for a Business Administrator Apprentice who will interact with internal and external customers and suppliers. You will be organising and supporting the Manager in running the main office and reception desk, and learning to organise day-to-day tasks for the efficient running of the office.

About our client:

A well-established family-run business that takes pride in the quality of service they provide to the local community. They are a small, friendly team working closely together. The garage is based in Langley, providing MOTs and vehicle repairs, with repairs varying depending on each vehicle’s requirements. It is within walking distance from Langley College and Langley Train Station.

The role:

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

What you will do in your working day:

You will organise your workload by liaising with the Garage Manager and resolving day-to-day issues to ensure the efficient running of the office.

Tasks to include:

  • Data input
  • Filing
  • Recording documentation

The training you will receive:

  • All training is undertaken online, through a combination of self-paced eLearning and live online classes
  • Functional skills in English and Mathematics, if required
