About this opportunity

An exciting opportunity to oversee the administration and coordination of parties and events, as well as providing front-of-house reception and overall administrative support.

This role offers hands-on experience across front-of-house reception, customer service, and event coordination. You’ll be a key part of the team that ensures bookings are managed professionally and that every customer experience runs smoothly from enquiry to event delivery.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Providing organised administrative support for day-to-day office and reception tasks
• Managing and processing event and party bookings, including scheduling and liaising with customers
• Coordinating party and event details with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Acting as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and suppliers at reception
• Maintaining stock levels, supplies, and general office organisation
• Offering flexible support to the Party, Reception, Servery, Kitchen, and Office teams during busy times
• Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email in a timely and professional manner
• Using a variety of software packages for communication, scheduling, and data entry
