About the Role

Oakley Grange, a luxurious residential and dementia care home in Warwick, is seeking an experienced Business Administrator with strong finance skills. The successful candidate will support administrative and accounting functions, manage the Admin Assistants/Receptionists, and ensure all client files and accounts comply with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, issuing, updating, and maintaining client files and accounts
  • Promoting timely payment and following up on outstanding debts
  • Liaising with the Payroll Department, preparing reports, and processing staff information
  • Managing staff records, recruitment, and recording staff sickness, holidays, and leavers
  • Maintaining staff and payroll reports for management

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of accounts systems, sales and purchase, petty cash, and bank reconciliation
  • Excellent IT skills, especially in Excel and internal IT systems
