Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, administrator? We are currently looking for TWOTemporary Business Administratorsto join our friendly and dedicated team at a local educational trust. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in supporting and ensuring the smooth running of important administrative processes.

About The Role:
As part of their busy MIS (Management Information Systems) team, your day-to-day tasks will include:
Preparing and checking student data for funding returns, ensuring all evidence is accurate and audit-ready.
Issuing registers and processing timetable information for Tailored Learning and other curriculum areas.
Assisting with the monitoring of the Business Support inbox.
Monitoring register notes and manually-added learners, ensuring necessary actions are taken.
Running data reports as needed and supporting the accuracy of records.
Helping with enrolment administration, particularly for distance learning programmes.
Supporting student records maintenance via the government Learner Record Service.
Providing general administrative support and helping with full-time and part-time enrolment processes.
Updating and maintaining data using the College’s internal systems.
Supporting across the MIS and Exams departments when needed.
Documenting standard operating procedures to ensure smooth, consistent processes.
Immediate start available
£12.70 per hour
Hours of work:-
Monday: 08:00 – 17:00 (1 hour unpaid break)
Tuesday: 08:00 – 17:00 (1 hour unpaid break)
Wednesday: 08:00 – 17:00 (1 hour unpaid break)
Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00 (1 hour unpaid break)
(Every 4th Friday in accordance with the college calendar): 08:00 – 12:00

The Candidate:
We are seeking someone with a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will bring the following:
Essential Skills & Knowledge
GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above)
Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good organisational skills and time management
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
A strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism
Desirable Experience
Previous administrative experience in an office or educational setting
Experience working with data systems and timetabling (training can be provided)
An Enhanced DBS would be desirable, but please note a Basic DBS will be obtained for your period of employment. 2 References shall be required as part of your application process.
