Your attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with administration, compliance, and branch teams will directly support our reputation for excellence and ensure we consistently meet the needs of our healthcare professionals and clients.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to a national network of branches.
  • Chase, collate, check, and process candidate timesheets accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Support the compliance team with DBS updates and ensuring that mandatory training records are current.
  • Create and distribute detailed worker profiles to clients.
  • Order and manage the distribution of staff uniforms.
  • Digitally scan and file documents within the company’s database system.
  • Build strong and effective working relationships with internal branch teams.
  • Answer telephone calls professionally and manage general administrative enquiries.
  • Perform routine office duties including photocopying, scanning, filing, and managing incoming and outgoing post.
