A major housing provider in Ashington is seeking an Administrative Support professional to provide quality assistance across diverse work streams. Overview

Location: Ashington

Contract: Full Time – FTC until 31st March 2026

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: £25,031.00 per annum.

Closing Date: Wednesday 24th September 2025, 5PM.

About the role
  • Delivering quality administrative support on specialist work streams such as damp and mould, disrepair and minor works
  • Assisting in the planning and scheduling of trade resources
  • Managing enquiries from colleagues, clients and contractors and providing advice and information on the service.
  • Maintaining accurate records to enable meaningful and precise key performance indicators and management information

You’ll need:

  • Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team
  • Experience of business administration
  • Skilled at managing a busy varied workload with changing priorities
  • Well organised, with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
