We’re looking for Business Administration experts to challenge, evaluate, and train cutting-edge AI models on the most complex topics in corporate decision-making.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep business expertise and a sharp eye for rigorous reasoning.

What You’ll Do

• Design Complex Business Challenges — Build advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, supply chain optimization, cap table modeling, and organizational behavior
• Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Craft rigorous, step-by-step responses — complete with financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porters Five Forces), and executive-level rationales — that serve as the benchmark for AI training
• Audit AI Reasoning — Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and strategic analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and professional soundness
• Identify and Fix Flawed Thinking — Catch errors in AI reasoning such as ignoring sunk costs, miscalculating WACC, or failing to account for macroeconomic variables — and provide structured, actionable feedback

Who You Are

• Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
• Strong command of at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
• Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-style recommendations
• Precise and detail-oriented when working with financial models, data interpretation, and business arguments
• Comfortable working independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
• No prior AI or tech experience

Nice to Have

• Background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
• Experience with data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation workflows
• Proficiency in data-driven tools such as Excel modeling, Tableau, or SQL
